At Scented By Tay we offer delivery via aus post, local delivery in you are in Mandurah, WA or surrounding suburbs or pick up.
We aim to provide the best postage, due to each product being handmade to order for you we require 7-14 business days from your order date for processing.
We currently only ship in Australia.
Please note our processing time is not a reflection of shipping time.

At Scented By Tay we DO NOT take responsibility for damages/delayed delivery. All products are inspected before postage.

Each of our products are made to order for you, we do not take fault in damages/fault with your delivery unless the cause was from the product.

Each of our products are handmade and fragile, we provide the best care in packaging to ensure your order is received how we sent it.
